cocktail Wars!
Cocktail Wars! is a fun workshop and contest where teams compete to make new cocktails, which are then judged by your group and Brandywine staff.
Work together to make the best cocktail using skills from a short seminar. Challenges include trivia, speed tests, ingredient hunts, mystery boxes, flair, and other obstacles.
Cocktail Champions win a prize.
$1000 for 15 people. Includes class materials, venue, snacks, and cocktail ingredients. $67 per extra person. Max 42 people.

Intimate Cocktail Wars!
$690 minimum - $69/head beyond 10.
Cocktail Wars for small groups of three to seven couples, small events, or staff parties. We host in our private bar any day of the week with advance notice. Please contact us to confirm availability.
MODERN CLASSICS
Modern Classics: $900 for up to 10 participants; $90 per additional person. Smaller group rates available. Includes venue rental, all class materials, bar snacks, and cocktail ingredients.
The advanced cocktail seminar covers classic bartending techniques, modern cocktails, their history, and the professional methods of preparing them.
After our instructor led demonstration, join us behind the bar for one-on-one training to create new cocktails for sampling by the entire group. Modern Classics is perfect for birthdays, team building, client appreciation, stagettes or any private event.
$900 for up to 10 people - $90/head (10 - 15 guests) Maximum 15 people.
$700 for up to 7 people- $100/head ( 7 - 8 guests)
$500 2 Person Private $250/head (2 people Maximum)

WORKSHOP UPGRADES
Teambuilding and private events can be upgraded to include Charcuterie and Cheese Boards & Sushi Platters.
PLEASE NOTE: Outside food is not permitted without direct consent by Brandywine. Service charges apply.

Brandywine is available for events such as stag and stagette functions, private parties, special occasions, wedding receptions, and cocktail mixers. Our 1100 sq ft space can accommodate up to 80 guests for a stand up reception and 50 for a sit down function. Contact us to set up a venue viewing
Venue Rental - $2000 minimum
Includes 2 bartenders for the duration of your event. Alcohol is not included.
$500 damage deposit is required to finalize bookings. All rentals are subject to cleaning fee and 18% gratuity.
